I believe that a conscious creative process is a constant journey of finding balance between cohesion and curiosity. Having a strong and clear intention for your creative process will provide that necessary balance; the balance between freedom and purpose.
 
Intentions will serve as your gentle guiding light, holding you through the difficulties and challenges of your wholehearted creative journey. In this episode I will be exploring what intentions are and where they come into the creative process.
 
I will also be addressing the most common mistake I see people make when it comes to intention setting, as well as the most important question you need to ask yourself when it comes to writing your creative intentions.

Opening To Inspiration

Welcome to this magical and enchanting conversation all about opening to inspiration!! How glorious and golden and mystical is the energy of inspiration?
 
I’m so excited to be guiding you in this beautiful discussion today, beginning with an exploration into what inspiration is and the different roles it plays in relation to the creative process and creative living.
 
I’m then going to be speaking about what I believe are the foundations of inspiration; safeness, optimism and abundance, spaciousness, ritual, surrender, and bliss. 
 
We will be looking at where we need to facilitate an opening or a gateway within ourselves for inspiration to blossom fruitfully, creating an understanding of what inspiration actually needs from us in order for it to feel warmly welcomed.

Creative Movement

I was intending to approach this topic of creative movement from the angle of taking action. Exploring the importance of taking action on your creative ideas and dreams, and choosing to consciously move forward with your creations from a place of aligned and integral direction.
 
While this topic is important and a part of our conversation today, I felt that it might be too narrowly focussed on the creative process alone. I wanted to traverse a little deeper than this, a little wider. I wanted to explore creative movement as a whole embodiment.

Trusting Yourself with Thea Müller

It’s such an honour to be sharing this very delightful, inspiring and potent conversation with one of my dear friends Thea Müller. I feel so grateful to be exploring the topic of trusting yourself and trusting your creativity with her in today’s episode.
 
Thea is a wonderfully gifted Intuitive Coach, Yoga Teacher and Sociologist specialising in trust and wellbeing, which is also the topic of her PhD research. Through her 1:1 coaching Thea guides ambitious, heart-led humans to stop playing it safe, build unwavering trust and inner connection, and go all in on their dreams.

Creative Power

I believe that the journey of remembering and reconnecting with our creative power is the essence of the Conscious Creative. 
 
In this episode I’ll be starting to explore the energy of creative power, which is the divinely inspired name for my signature 1:1 Creative Coaching series. 
 
Our creative power is not separate from who we are as a gorgeous human being, or from our unique experience of life. Our connection with our creative power can deeply influence our relationship with ourselves and with others, as well as our capacity to beautifully express our hearts truth and share our stories.
